1995 | AUX ORIGINES

Carlton International est né dans le sous-sol d’un immeuble que nous possédions autrefois. Un lieu discret, presque confidentiel, où s’esquissait déjà une nouvelle vision de l’immobilier de prestige. Il fallait un nom : élégant, universel, fluide dans toutes les langues. Carlton International s’est imposé naturellement, un nom de prestige, tourné vers le monde. Le choix du moment… et de l’avenir. Aer the worldwide economic crisis following the first Gulf war in 1991, a new vision emerged. To oer an alternative, discreet, bespoke and personal, multilingual support to a sophisticated global clientèle, seeking advice and accompaniment in the purchase and sale of superior and prestigious homes throughout the French Riviera. Out of the ashes, clarity took form. We needed a name: elegant, universal, and easy to pronounce in any language. Carlton International naturally stood out, a prestigious name, with a global outlook. The right choice for the moment… and for the future.

Nous créons un département dédié à la location saisonnière de villas de prestige, répondant à une clientèle exigeante. Puis, une étape fondatrice : l’ouverture de notre première agence avec vitrine à Valbonne, entre charme provençal et ranement azuréen. Un ancrage local… et une nouvelle impulsion. 2000 | L’ADRESSE DEVIENT RÉALITÉ We launched a department dedicated to the seasonal rental of prestigious villas, meeting the needs of a discerning clientele. Then came a defining moment: the opening of our first storefront agency in Valbonne, where Provençal charm meets Riviera elegance. A local anchor… and a new momentum.

1997 | PREMIÈRE ALLIANCE

Nous partageons alors un bureau avec mon ancien banquier aussi une victime de la crise. Une proximité singulière, reflet d’une collaboration étroite, où la confiance et la vision commune tracent les premiers contours de l’avenir. We then shared an oce with my former banker, also a victim of the crisis. A unique proximity, reflecting a close collaboration where trust and a shared vision began to shape the first outlines of our future.

Nous créons Carlton Signature, une structure de Property Management pensée pour veiller sur les biens de nos clients en leur absence. Une présence discrète mais essentielle, garante de sérénité et de confiance, même à distance.

1996 | TOUT COMMENCE

Nous accueillons notre première collaboratrice, le tout début d’une équipe en devenir. La toute première vente d’une villa vient concrétiser notre ambition. Et, comme un symbole, l’ouverture de notre premier compte bancaire marque le passage du rêve à la réalité. We welcome our very first team member, the beginning of a team in the making. Our first villa sale brings our ambition to life. And, as a symbol, the opening of our first bank account marks the shi from dream to reality.

We created Carlton Signature, a dedicated Property Management structure designed to protect our clients’ interests in their absence. A discreet yet essential presence, ensuring peace of mind and trust, even from afar.

1999 | UNE VRAIE EQUIPE

Déménagement dans le tout premier bureau de Carlton International. Un espace modeste, brut de béton, encore à imaginer… mais déjà chargé d’ambition. Puis une deuxième collaboratrice. Une troisième. Un quatrième, un cinquième… Les bureaux s’agrandissent, les idées se croisent, et l’aventure prend forme The move into Carlton International’s very first oce.
