The Domaine de la Sylviane offers a main Residence, a former stone built Monastery constructed by the monks of the order of Saint Honorat, together with three independent guest villas, all placed around a grassy courtyard. The monks tilled the land and farmed the property for 130 years.. and even today, the 500 olive trees on the estate produce near 1 000 litres of olive oil. The descendants of the order of Saint Honorat still occupy the monastery on the “Islands of Lerins” in the Bay of Cannes.
